For your child’s first visit we suggest you allow your child to accompany out staff through the dental experience. Our goal is to gain your child’s confidence and overcome any apprehension. Most of the time our highly trained staff can establish a closer rapport with your child with you not present. However, if you would prefer to stay with your child for the first visit please make our staff aware so we can better accommodate your request. We ask that you inform our office of your request at the time of scheduling your child’s first visit. For future dental visits we have the expectation that your child will accompany our staff throughout the appointment, we are open to discuss what will work best for you child giving their individual needs and limitations due to age, special abilities and apprehension level. For the safety and privacy of all patients, other children who do not have an appointment should remain in the reception room with a supervising adult.
